College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving North Kansas City

Shame on College Hunks!! I will NEVER use or recommend this company again. The movers we were assigned were clearly exhausted and openly complained about being tired, which made the situation uncomfortable. They took over two hours longer than the original estimate, even though I only have a one-bedroom apartment. My neighbors mentioned that when they encountered the movers outside, they didn’t have good attitudes. To make matters worse, I found out at the end of the move that one of the movers, James, wasn’t even a mover—he was from the sales and marketing department. The other mover was so tired and worn out, he had dark circles under his eyes, he could barely carry anything. So the guy from sales and marketing called his friend to help him move the heavier stuff. This is not what I expected at all when I booked a “professional” moving company. I understand their frustration since my move was their third of the day. The company should have rescheduled my move with experienced movers who were prepared to do the job. I shouldn't have to pay for such a poor experience.

This was the first time I used their moving services, which was great! The team was very friendly and respectful. We will be using them again in the future!

Booked the appointment and the stuff was gone in less than 24 hours!! Professional, polite and fast! We will be calling them again!! Reasonable pricing and easy booking!! Michael set up the appointment and then showed up to haul my junk! These guys are amazing!!

CHHJ did two jobs for us. First, they hauled away old and broken furniture. Second, they moved our remaining possessions. Both jobs were done professionally. Both crews were very polite and friendly and efficient.

My go to for moving! Always make it super easy. They are clean, courtesy and always on time. Plus being able to trash items with them makes it a great one stop shop.
