College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Oak Creek

The two-man crew did an awesome job with my huge truckload from one second-floor to another second-floor duplex. They were communicative, transparent, friendly, and careful. I would definitely use College HUNKS again!

I would give College Hunk Movers a one-star rating. My sister and I had to move our mom’s furniture after she passed away, and we needed professionals who could handle heavy items. We clearly explained the situation to the booking agent, but it seems like the movers weren’t properly informed. When they saw the furniture, they seemed unhappy, and to make things worse, they showed up late, despite calling to say they’d be there in 20 minutes. We were moving her entire house and needed help with the bedroom set, dining set, and a chest.

Kenny was friendly, but their truck broke down, and they had trouble reaching their manager, which delayed the whole process. Another mover had a terrible attitude the entire time, only smiling at the end when he reminded us that tips were optional.

To top it off, they didn’t wrap any of our furniture—no protective blankets or anything. As a result, my mom’s bed got scratched, and her side tables were damaged. Then, once we got to storage, we realized they didn’t have the proper equipment to move the furniture. We had to scramble to find carts provided by the storage facility, which probably weren’t meant for moving such large pieces. The whole experience was unacceptable. We won’t know the full extent of the damages until we take everything out of storage, since they packed everything poorly.

After the move, I received a call from Matt, but he just had excuses and no resolution. He didn’t offer any compensation for the terrible service. We also never received a receipt that clearly outlined our payments—only an email saying payment was received. Overall, I would not recommend or reuse this service.

I needed four truckloads to empty a relative's condo. Each crew was enthusiastic, supportive, considerate and attentive. I especially remember Antonio, Kenny, Tommy and Logan.

Very polite young men! Very careful to not cause any damage in the process of moving. Highly recommend!
