I’d give this zero stars if I could. I used the Kingstown Rhode Island location. They ripped both my mattress and sofa in multiple places, they left of of the feet of the sofa at the pick up location. Id asked them to wrap my sofa and cushions and the didn’t wrap anything, the pillow were on the bed of their dirty truck and everything was covered in first and dust once it was delivered to the second location. They didn’t reassemble any furniture. They refused to bring a chair into the apartment. I reached out to their customer service to file a claim and have not heard back after multiple follow ups. Do not use them.
