College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Scottsdale

Damian was wonderful! He was very informative of the prices and time frames for our move! His communication was top notch! His team was excellent and did a very good job with our move. Definitely will be using them again!

UPDATE: I called back for the 5th time and it’s the same outsourced team saying the local team will reach out to me for the receipt. It has been 4 days already since my move when I requested an itemized receipt because I believe I was overcharged. Whoever owns the Scottsdale College Hunks needs to get it together. I don’t know what business administers a receipt after a week from when the service was completed. Please contact me ASAP! I have called your number way too many times.

Horrible experience! Poor customer service! I can’t get ahold of the company by email or phone. I paid a deposit, did a move and asked for a receipt since the guys were there for 2.5 hours and moved only a few things not all my stuff and they charged me $500 for this. I told them this seems like a lot for the time, distance and amount of things and asked for a receipt but they never sent an itemized receipt and I never signed off on anything stating I got all my things. I called a few times for the receipt but no one ever sent it. The guys also were not super experienced and I ended up doing a lot of it on my own. It’s so frustrating this company can’t be available and can’t provide a proof of payment. Awful stay away never again!

What a great experience with Damian and crew with College Hunks! I had a dead garage fridge and they were able to pick it up the next day. They were super responsive from scheduling to pick-up and were both just so polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.
