College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Shoreline

Our move with College Hunks was seamless. They were punctual and worked until everything was done. They were careful with our stuff and very pleasant to work with!!!

The crew that came to my house was efficient, polite and they did a great job. All the guys were courteous and hard workers. I highly recommend College Hunks for any junk removal/moving jobs you may have.

These guys are the worst. I can’t tell you if they are any good at moving because they cancelled my appointment THE DAY OF MY MOVE. They didn’t call to let me know either. While I was waiting for my movers at the location. I became concerned when mo one showed up. I reached out to College Hunks and they told me the branch cancelled my appointment that morning. No one reached out at all. I’m shocked. That is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Customer Service said they would be happy to schedule me for another day, but my move can’t be changed to another day. I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. I would absolutely never use them. They will keep your money if you cancel the same day. However, if they cancel your appointment you’re just out of luck. This is sickening. I’m leaving this review on every single college hunk’s local branch because no one would tell me what branch did this. Shame on you.

My reply to the owners response. I have tried to call that number you provided, but it goes directly to the same customer service number with agents at a call center who have no idea what’s going on. I would like for you to call me if you’d like to discuss this. You have my number. This was beyond awful. You chose to drop my job like I wasn’t a real person with a real move for a bigger job.

Polite and professional

Nunzio responded to a last minute request to move my things for a promotion offer by the corporate office. It wasn't a convenient request for the company, they were already scheduled on that day for another location. Nunzio completed the move himself. My things weren't ready for the transport, Nunzio was extremely patient and helpful. This company gets a perfect 10, It was clear Integrity is the standard! Awesome work ethics. I honestly wish you the best in all aspects!
