College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Spartanburg

Have my move 2 weeks ago there is several damages I noticed while they were here and one I noticed after they left for my liquor cabinet they also damaged my stairs my ring camera and the walls I told them about all the damages other than the one liquor cabinet while they were here they said somebody would reach out I waited a week then called the corporate number which just goes to a overseas call center I have a damage claim number but it's been another week and still no one has reached out this is crazy that I can pay thousands of dollars for a company to move my stuff and then not get a call back there's no number to call a local place it always goes overseas my next step is going to be contacting attorney and contacting the Federal Motor Carrier Association to make a formal complaint with them as well

I had then come remove an old recliner. They were there within 30 minutes of their 2 hr window. They actually did call 30 minutes prior to arriving. (Most places say they will but then they don't) They were in and out within 15 minutes and charged the price that was quoted. I'm very happy with their service and would use then again
