College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Statesville Mooresville

Called to have an upright piano moved. I was told they did remove pianos and was given an estimate over phone. I know they remove pianos in other areas and the College Hunks website advertises that they remove them. Received a call 10 minutes before they were supposed to be here informing me they don’t remove pianos because it cost too much to dispose of them

I booked online for removal of an upright piano. I was called to verify my appointment the night before and told them exactly what I needed. They said they would show up between 12-2pm. 2:30 comes and I haven’t heard anything. I called the corporate office and about 30 minutes later I get a text message saying they can’t haul a piano away. I was upfront and honest the whole time, my appointment was confirmed and then I got unprofessional behavior back. I wanted to use a reputable company to avoid no call, no shows. Very disappointed with this level of service.

The driver for one of these trucks took down our balcony at our neighborhood townhome and FLED THE SCENE . DO NOT CONTRACT THESE PEOPLE. THEIR DRIVERS ARE ARE RECKLESS. Furthermore, their office couldn’t even locate their driver to figure out who it was that did it. But don’t worry, the police will handle it. irresponsible drivers.

Great service from the first phone contact to the crew that picked up! They did an amazing job, were efficient and polite.
