Packing and Moving Services – A Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

I am beyond disappointed with this company. Initially, I was optimistic based on their many positive reviews, and my first call with them seemed promising. They quickly scheduled an in-home estimate for the same day, and three representatives came to assess my packing and moving needs. They took photos of my entire home and assured me I would receive an estimate within 10 minutes.

That estimate never came. Despite three follow-up calls and an email, I received nothing but excuses, with claims that they were “trying to get in touch with the local franchise.” Ignoring a potential customer in this way is not just unprofessional—it’s outright disrespectful.

I took my business elsewhere, and I strongly recommend you do the same. My biggest concern is that they entered my home, took detailed photos, and then completely ghosted me. That level of disregard and lack of follow-through feels incredibly shady. Proceed with caution.

Started the process on their website. They scheduled and confirmed via email and text. They never showed up or called about the appointment. I called customer service and was told they would check on the eta and call back. They never called back. 2.5 hours later, I called back and they STILL don't have anything better to offer than 'I see you have an appointment scheduled. I will ask for an update on the eta and call back.' Clearly, a call center in another country and no real customer service. I wasted an entire day waiting for these people, only to be ghosted. DO NOT USE COLLEGE HUNKS!

EDIT: Why would I call you when I'm still waiting for you to call ME back? You have my number and info. Don't ask me to do more when you've done nothing. If you want to fix it, YOU do the work. ZERO STARS.
