College Movers & Junk Hauling

The movers were on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. The boxes were moved with care. This is my second time using them, I will definitely be using them in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. They broke several pieces of my furniture, and unfortunately, most of the damage wasn't covered by insurance, leaving me without any refund or discount.

To make matters worse, they forgot some items in their storage facility and had to return on a different day, adding to the chaos. Both loading and unloading days were double-booked, meaning I didn’t receive the help I was promised, and the jobs took much longer than expected.

Although they offered a 'better rate' due to the mix-up, I still felt significantly overcharged for the service I received. They also did not finish loading everything and just left me to deal with it.

Overall, this experience was far more stressful than it needed to be, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Update- Yes, someone did reach out but provided zero solutions to the issues. They only threw technicalities at me as to why I overpaid for a terrible service.

The recent reviews only show what kind of company this has become. If you are seriously considering hiring them, this is your warning. Don't!

Truck was on time, workers were cheerful, quick, and picked up all of material we set out plus helped us grab some more out of the mobile home we were cleaning out. Excellent workers!

They did great. There was a lot of boxes and they fill a 26 ft haul truck. This is the third time we have use your services, in the last 2irs. You can't go wrong using this company a a a a plus the best. I have , Told four of people and they all use them and was greatly satisfied ?

First the 2 men walked into my house without knocking, even after noticing my deer in the headlights look, they did it again the next time. Supposedly they had talked to contractor outside so that gives them free reign. I didn't even know they had arrived. It's 2024 though guys, KNOCK! Contractor painted without me knowing so they refused to move my stuff anyway. I called of course upset, because my plans mean nothing to anyone obviously. Originally I said I would get someone else because you have annoyed me, I dont want to give you my money but i called back and the lady said they would call me back and have someone out later that day. Never happened. Husband called this morning, no returned call. I call and they refuse to work with me cause I am horrible I guess. I just want to move my stuff and movers can't move. I didn't even say anything mean until i hung up for the final time. I'd sure as hell admit it if I did. So they were just annoyed and acted like i knew he was going to paint
