College Movers & Junk Hauling

I gave them 3 stars!
They were 3 hrs and 15 mins late in showing up. They never called to let me know they were running late. I had to call them to find out anything. Then, They dropped the first load of boxes and I won’t know if anything is broken until I unpack them. They also dropped a metal cabinet off of their truck ramp onto the pavement. Thankfully it was just a garage cabinet. They tried to refuse to move my large L-shaped desk and treadmill out. I told them that the desk had been moved out and back in at least two other times and can be done. Sadly, it took my daughter and I starting to move the bookcase part way down the stairs (getting it to the landing of the staircase) before they pitched in to finish moving it.
On the plus side they worked very hard and was polite to myself and my daughter the entire time they were there.
I feel that they were way overbooked! Also felt bad for them because it was miserably hot and they didn’t once take a break to hydrate, while moving my belongings out of my home.

I have used College Movers and Junk Hauling a few different times over the years. They always do a wonderful job!
They are very respectful, responsible, and take pride in making their customers happy. Highly recommended!!!! A++++

Well worth every penny! Dalton and Xavier were amazing. Very professional and friendly. Packed up and unloaded in no time without any damage to our stuff or homes. We paid not even $25 over the high end of our estimate.
