College Storage Services

The most unprofessional business I have ever encountered, I am not one to leave reviews but in this instance I find it absolutely necessary to warn any future patrons to stay away from this storage service. The owner was terribly unresponsive and continually would not allow me to pick up my items from the storage facility (citing a need for a 5 days notice just to come and pick up my own personal items, while not replying to my requests to pick up said items) and continuously charging a much over priced monthly fee. Again, Stay Away

Very unprofessional owner. Does not keep appts for delivering storage. Some of my boxes were 'lost'. Reimbursement took 5 mos. I understand he is in the process of closing his office. GOOD NEWS.

I've been trying to contact them for days to retrieve my belongings. They will not answer phone calls or emails!

Terrible customer service. Delivered boxes 2 days late. Would not answer phone calls or emails.
