This place is highly unprofessional. They parked rental vehicles in the unloading area making it complicated to unload our move. The cleaning lady cut the elevators off at the end of her shift. Which made moving our move to the 3rd floor of the storage facility almost impossible. I waited 30 minutes in the office for them to tell me the elevators aren't working now. When I have knowledge of how the elevators operate. They simply turned them off on purpose. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option.
