Review:
Unbelievably unprofessional customer service. Would not issue refund for erroneous charge. Would not give me manager’s phone number. Anthony kept shouting over me and interrupting me. Charles laughed at me and threatened physical violence against me. It was their incompetence that led to the charge in the first place. This place is a liability to the U-Haul brand.
