The account manager stayed in contact with me throughout scheduling, pick up and delivery. The pick up and delivery teams were also very helpful and attentive.

They nickel & dimed us to an extreme extent. We paid for full packing yet my husband & I did multiple rooms by ourselves because they were so slow, & they only brought 2 actual movers to pack up + move our entire 2 bedroom apartment so it took over 12 hours even with us helping them the whole time. Absolutely painful experience.

I had a move from California to Colorado that had a few problems. After the move, Colonial reached out to me and did everything that they could to help fix the problems, which was much appreciated.
