Friendly staff, clean facilities, but I've been storing there for years. My 10x20 used to cost a little over $100. It has since doubled in price with no discernible improvement in any aspect of the facility.
I'd recommend for short term storage, but I have been disappointed as a multi-year customer. Long term storage is getting too expensive through them.
Edit; Facility reply is correct. Price point I mentioned was during prior owners. Regardless, the price has crept up here during my time storing with them. $25 overall increase each month from last year to the year.
