Pick your storage unit wisely folks! I had moved all of my belongings from one dirty storage unit to another based off of the good reviews here on trusty Google. I wish I would’ve had a better experience. Everything was good up until recently, when I happen to stop in to my storage unit and noticed these black specs on my belongings. it was late in the evening, and couldn’t get a good luck, so I figured I would come back during the day when it was light outside. I’m glad that I did, because I happen to find mouse droppings all over my unit. When I went into speak to the an employee she had indicated to me that this has been an ongoing problem, however, did not offer any resolution. Only gave me a pamphlet for the insurance company and told me to make a claim. She also told me that if I didn’t pay for my January storage she would auction off all of my mice infested stuff. Obviously not giving me any time to safely handle, remove and disinfect any non-ruined items. The more I got upset about what I was supposed to do with the information she gave me, the more disgruntled she became. I asked her if there was management that I could speak to or if I posted a review on Google if someone on management team would contact me and she responded with the remark that she was
management. I hope this review helps someone else make a educated decision for their family.
