Community Park Storage - Cranberry Township

Rented a 10x8 unit. A day later began loading shelving and larger items only to find that the entire floor, storage unit, hallways, bathrooms, elevator etc were infested with German cockroaches. We immediately brought everything back to our vehicles and moved out. Completely unacceptable. Canceled our lease and requested refund for first month since we had it for less than 24 hours. I feel bad for all the tenants who will most likely be transporting and infesting their homes with roaches who have most likely nested in the stored items.

It's a shame too, because the space is very easy to access, well lit, prices are decent, and the front desk employee was very helpful when signing up.

Convenient location. Having covered bays to unload vehicles is fantastic. Roller dollies are a huge plus. Only frustration is the code location to get through the first gate requires you to back up again to drive through the gate.

My girlfriend and I purchased a 10x15 unit as we were moving back home from our apartment to save some money. This storage center, while significantly costlier that surrounding storage centers, is a great place. The security is great you have to use your unique security code to not only get through the gate but to also get into the facility once youre in the gate. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We completed our rental completely online and minutes after purchasing our unit the manager of the facility called us to thank us and not only welcome us but to answer any questions we may have had. We have already purchased a second smaller 5x5 unit and the addition of that was equally as seamless. We will definitely be using them again in the future if we need another unit.
