Community Self Storage

I’ve had generally positive experiences with this place and the lady (presumably owner or manager) has always been polite and considerate with me.

I’ve probably been somewhat of a pain, originally got a 5x10 unit thinking it was plenty, then upgraded to a 10x10, and now, finally a 10x15, which I just upgraded to today.

Very convenient in and out overall. Personally, I don’t see what all of the negativity is about. I have them bill me monthly with a card on file so that I don’t have to worry about remembering to pay month to month for items I obviously don’t care quite enough about to have on hand at home, which in my opinion are easy to forget things when you consider, well, life.

The ONLY reason why I knocked off a star is because one of the units I had was right next to a downspout and while my items inside stayed dry, if the temperature would drop below freezing that day, or the next, my unit would freeze shut. 9 out of 10 times it wouldn’t be a problem, but it prevented me from putting a load of Christmas decorations inside on two occasions, but, oh well, I lived.

The Lady running this place on Tuesday morning 9/25/18 is insane. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. May be worth looking into customer service training seminars or anger management counseling.
