The managers Emily and Liz are extremely courteous and helpful in explaining the rental process. The contract was quick and easy. The facility is clean every time I go and check on my unit.

I had a great experience! When the company transitioned between the previous owners and Compass. The office staff was helpful, made sure my payment was being put through appropriately and answered all of my questions. The staff also is friendly in general and ensured my checkout experience was smooth and hassel-free! I thankfully checked on my unit a few times over the six months I was here, and never had any complaints about security, cleanliness, or the temperature in my unit.
