I am retracting my previous comment. The manager I dealt with was wonderful. New management not. They will call you (almost) harras you before payment is due then continue on a daily basis reminding you of their late fees. Honestly one phone call is enough.
They raise the price constantly and not just a few bucks, hundreds!! I will get my belongings out of there, there are many less expensive storage facilities. I would seriously look around if you are in need of a unit! You could probably rent a private garage or even a house for what they charge!!!

I just came back to Compass to get parking for my trailer. Got my old spot back which was awesome! I would like to thank Lisa for being amazing and getting everything set back up for me. Wonderful conversation!
