Don’t work for this “company”, management talks to staff like dogs especially Mike Marcotte! Ive been the general manager here for about a year and a half working 6 sometimes even 7 days a week just to get 40 hours! When i bring up that id like 4 additional hours i get the 'it’s not in the budget' quote. All of the tenants here love me and ask for me specifically! They do a 20-30 % increase on rent every 6 months with NO and i mean NO updates to the property in the 2 years ive been here! Be aware of their terrible treatment of employees as well as the price gouging! Terrible business practices and NO ACCOUNTABILITY taken by MANAGEMENT!!!!STAY CLEAR!!!!!!

This is the second time that I have used Compass Self Storage. On both occasions Kelly, the General Manager has been excellent to deal with. She is friendly, knowledgeable and does a great job answering all of my questions in a thorough, understandable manner. I would highly recommend this company and this site if you have storage needs.
