Compass Self Storage

This is my third time using this storage facility for periods of months to years. When the facility was called 'Metro Storage'...everyone on their team was fantastic! Now that it's under new management 'Compass'...their team is just as fantastic. The facility is always clean, safe and climate well controlled. So far...so good with Compass?

The facility is nice & clean, which is a big plus but the heartbeat of this location is Ryan! His professionalism, kindness, knowledge & customer service goes above & beyond all others. Ryan alone is why I highly recommend renting here!! Thank you Ryan!!!

The professionalism and efficiency that Brittany employed was outstanding. Not only was she knowledgeable and informative, she was able to handle my emergency, facilitate my experience and saved me money by presenting different options. As the new GM, she was responsive, followed-up, assuaged my concerns and accommodated my requests because I am an out of state customer. If you want and need superior customer service - especially from someone who takes pride in their career and are respectful, helpful and engages with you to identify your needs - call Brittany and use this facility.
