As is evident by my initial post, I am NON-PESSISIMISTIC and will ONLY refer to the GOOD when/if there is both. However, since 'MY' FIVE STAR review, (despite our disagreement) couldn't get a THANK YOU, in response to an email that I received on 21 Nov 2024, at approximately 1042hrs, from Compass HOUSE 'N'INJA, April Walker, here is what my 8000 THOUSAND VIEWS did NOT SEE: Hiram location was my first time ever dealing with a 'storage' facility. The Manager MARIA, giving me permission to film my auditions inside the 'climate control' units, and even helping me with my film auditions didn't help 'my assumptions' that All was cool, either (she's on recording multiple times). Met her mother, father, children, gave her mother some DOCUMENTED research on how to help her diabetes. As a full-time Criminology major, my life is School, Film, and MY company business, RAYCOWAR PROMOTIONS, that handles a multitude of things from MY SHOES, CLOTHING, etc., to my STUDENTS THAT I TEACH, and I DIDN'T TRUST my things were secure, being that SECTIONS OF WOOD separated my unit from other units where I could even sometimes SEE the other renters IN their unit, so I pulled up as much as I could until I figured out an alternative. THEN, out of NOWHERE, she accused me of loitering.? Still can't figure it out. Told her, WHEN I get hired for ANY film, I'm going to compensate her for her time (still am too, despite). I DON'T use Racism, because there is only ONE race....HUMAN! (I think?) So yeah, thanks to the TOUGHazz KEYBOARD chic, that would NEVER SPEAK TO MY FACE, now my viewers know!!!

Had some 'entertainment' matters in Georgia, so needed an OUT OF THE WAY location for my things. Reserved this place a week in advance, and immediately got a call kind of 'pressuring' me to rent it before 'I' was ready.? So now I'm in WAR MODE!? I'm searching for the VOICE when I get there,? then she greeted me so nice.? Alicia, was cool as a ceiling fan.? Real down to earth.?? In GA on business, but I'm still in school FULL-TIME for Criminology, with MANY deadlines, so I'd parlay in my unit to get it done. Alicia, would ride past doing her inspections and OFFER WATER!?? That's what I call HOSPITALITY!?? Got a lil window so I returned back up north for some very important school business. 30 days went pass, and Alicia called, making sure I was okay because I dropped off the face of the earth, and she stopped seeing me around. I took her some 'all natural' treats for her gesture of concern.?? Businesses NEED more folk LIKE HER.??

Had a great exprience at this location. Maria is amazing!

Used to be our favorite but went WAY downhill under new management. Do not recommend at all.
