Absolutely horrible customer service! They allow you to book a uhaul and then wait until after 7 pm the night before you’re supposed to pick the u haul up to call and tell you that there’s no uhauls available! This is unacceptable and ridiculous. Ive rented uhaul trucks many times throughout my entire adult life in many different areas and never had this problem until this place! And they do nothing to make it right either!

Courtney is amazing! Made me feel so welcomed and understood!! As I was in the lobby she answered another call and I was delighted to hear her treating them just the way she treated me!!!
