Great experience! Rebecca was great, very helpful! I would highly recommend compass storage.

The price gauging is extreme. They raise your rates every 6 months and they have finally priced me out after over 6 years here. I found a storage unit in Brighton, the exact same dimensions and also temperature controlled, for literally half the monthly rate as here and they locked me in for over 2 years at that price. I will say that the customer service is good, but the price gauging has made me leave. HUGE headache to move, but over 3K savings in 2 years, it’s a no brainer.
