Quick and easy access

Michelle at the front desk is the best person! She helped me out during a very stressful time in my families life and was so helpful and willing to do anything to make my move less stressful. The only part that made me angry was the outrageous price increases this company has given me on my unit over the last 5 years as a customer who was never late once on my rent. They never offered any opportunity for a discount or even gave a month free for my prompt payment and commitment to using their facilities. I had to downgrade in size of units and throw away childhood and family memories because I had nowhere else to put them because the price was too high. Michelle should be advanced in this company. It would do them well to have more people higher in the company like her.

Easy online registration, office hours are a little limited, but customer service is great.
