Complete Moving Service

Very slow. Took over 5 hours to move 2 beds, 4 dressers and some boxes. Go to a place that charges a set rate. This place charges by the hour so the movers go as slow as they want to

We Used this ripoff of a company in the past. Slow and lazy on purpose to add extra hrs onto your bill. Move ended up costing over $900 to move a small 3 BR house, NO APPLIANCES and 6 hrs. The driving distance was less than one mile. If you have money to waste and want to end up frustrated and unhappy; this is the company to call. The woman manager at the time was very rude when i called during the move to complain. I don't know who these fake reviews are coming from. I'll just say use them at your own risk. Wish i could give 0 stars!

Please just rent a Uhaul truck yourself!!!! I decided to go with this company based on the reviews that I saw here. The actual service that I received did not match what was said by the other people listed here. I’m not sure if some things are being fluffed or deleted to make the company look better than they actually are. The three guys that came to my house didn’t START moving anything until 15 minutes AFTER arrival. They were the slowest moving men I’ve ever seen so much so that I called the company about 20 minutes after they actually started moving things because at that point only my couch and love seat has been moved. I called to complain at how slow the process was moving since they are being paid by the hour, which later the manager showed up to my house. This process took them extra long because they totally disregarded what I told them which was to use the front door where I had ALL BUT the frame of my bed, washer, dryer, mattress, office desk, 2 tv stands, and lawn care storage crate waiting by the front door. The front door was used to bring everything in with ease because it’s larger than the back. They struggled and squeezed my couch and love seat out the back door which was too small in the first place. They said they wanted to use the back so they could avoid using the stairs in the front of the house. I told them to use the front so my stuff could have been treated with better care and not rubbed against the door frame. One of the guys that was there kept trying to take the furniture apart which adds time to the move instead of just listening and using the bigger door. He was trying to disassemble my kitchen table which was brought into my house in one piece... through the front door!!! He finally listened to me and drove the truck around to the front.....an hour and 45 minutes later to get the table. It took those three men 2 HOURS just to move the above named items a shelf, 2 gold decorative trees (very light), and 3 mannequin bodies (even lighter than the trees) ON THE TRUCK!!!! My move was 0.5 miles from the other house and they took 40 minutes to take it off. During the process of them slowly moving things on their truck, my brother and I used our separate cars to move other things that I thought would be moved on the truck. We were able to fully load our cars from the front seat to the trunk and take 3 separate trips LOADING AND UNLOADING to move other stuff that I expected would be on the truck BEFORE they were done loading their truck with just the larger items that wouldn’t fit in our cars. During the process of the move my brand new office desk that i just received 2 months ago was damaged as well as my lawn care storage crate. The locked crate will not close properly anymore so things can’t get in. The bill came up $384.00 just for them to move the things I couldn’t fit in my car. Anyone who understands the process of moving KNOWS that it doesn’t take 2 hours to move the named above items onto a truck. This was my first experience using a moving company. I should have and will DEFINITELY in the future get my own Uhaul truck. They were moving slow and trying to get over because they are being paid by the hour.

I cant sing enough praises for this moving service. Cinda, has been with them for years and knows her business. Honestly, the reason I chose Complete is due to her kind voice, clearly there to help and not in a hurry to get rid of you. Antonio is a superior professional, whom I would trust with my most cherished belongings. Thank you for taking such good care of me, Complete.
