This is the 2nd time I've used them and my sister also used them twice. That says it all.

We had to move my 91 year old mom into assistant living and were referred to Complete Moving & Storage. Well, I cannot say enough positive comments about this company. 'Sam' & 'Slim' went above and beyond moving my mom's furniture and personal belongings. They were very professional, hard working men. They wrapped alot of her furniture and did not damage one thing. These two guys were the BEST!!! I recommend this company to anyone who needs to hire a moving company. Best of the best!!! Five stars in every category.

This is the worst moving company I ever dealt with all my life existence, they overcharged me for such a lousy terrible job. Their staff is not background checked most of them are felons also not educated enough to follow simple directions also their level or care? comprehension and professionalism is terribly bad. They damaged my expensive furniture plus just threw all my stuff broke a lot of my expensive quality kitchen ware also dining room living and bathroom stuff. I had to hire someone else 1 men to come and fix their mess they made, he did a better job by himself than 4 men lousy terrible worst job. I took pictures of before & after meaning before I hired 1 person the 4 men work worse than 1 person quality careful caring work: I had to pay again after they overcharged me close to $4000 which is insanely crazy. Their estimate was deceiving a lie to make it seem
like they are cheaper but they are not they charge more for their lousy terrible work. I’m also missing my safe out of everything which is not good for taking my safe. I called Mary the owner who is very rude and also unprofessional she seems like she doesn’t know what she is doing. When she wrote me the deceiving moving estimate she gave her staff the movers a wrong name and address which made them start late and she charged me from the start time not the time her movers arrived. When she so determined to charge my card using a wrong # that I didn’t give her she reversed the numbers and had the guys stop unloading my stuff while I was on the phone with her trying to charge my card, she kept on telling me she stopped the movers because my card was not going through so I asked her to repeat the numbers and she read me wrong numbers but I’m mean while she stopped the movers unloading my stuff which also delayed the extra time she charged me. If the owner is rude unprofessional & doesn’t comprehend what about the staff she hires? I’m extremely disappointed & not happy about how they packed & damaged my valuable furniture and all my stuff. I asked them to wrap all my furniture I provided the wrappers and furniture protection covers which they just threw on the floor & didn’t even use or have the decency to let me know they didn’t protect my furniture & all my stuff. They really did the worst lousy job ever & overcharged me close to $4000. I also spent a lot of money buying furniture covers and wrappers to secure my very expensive furniture that they damaged I wish I didn’t trust them and supervised them. This 1 man I hired 60yrs old did a better job than 4 people that Mary sent to move I’m extremely disappointed & will never recommend them to anyone. I blame ALLBOARD storage for referring to the worst moving company on this planet. They taught me a lesson to never trust any moving company handling my valuable furniture without supervision. If they didn’t care about my stuff I’m sure they took my safe. After I found out that their workers are not background checked & felons I believe they took my safe with documents and money in it. PLEASE learn from my review so you don’t experience the worst service I received from them. Its funny how the owner Mary was answering her phone and text messages when she was trying to give me the deceiving price to move me she was very nice & I believed her not knowing that she was up to overcharge me and stop answering or responding to my messages & calls. I was able to get in touch with using another number, she answered & was very rude to me and hanged up the phone. They are a deceiving company so BEWARE & informed so you l won’t experience what I did. It was terrible, I hope & pray I can recover from the damaged furniture and the overcharged fees?
