Complete Moving & Storage

It’s a shame I can’t give negative star….First they claimed there was no 2nd TV, then manager comes to the house to see the damage King Bed that their crew damaged and he said they left the 2nd 40 inch Sony tv in the closet!!! The crew didn’t know that they needed to bring- really??? What does this say? DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

Mary, and her team came through for me when I was in a bind with not much time to spare to move out of my apartment. The team was professional, on time, and swiftly made little out of a third floor move. They didn't move like 'movers', it felt like my family came over to help me. The gentlemen were respectful, and overall, a blessing to have. I ran out of options and complete moving & storage created one for me. I am very thankful, and I recommend them to everyone who needs help.

AVAILABE, FAST AND LOW PRICED BUT NOT INSURED FOR DAMAGES. (I READ FINE PRINT ) I DIDN'T COMPLAIN BECAUSE THE DAMAGE WAS MORE THAN I PAID FOR THE JOB. THE MOVERS TRIED HARD TO GO FAST AND WAS NOT EASY JOB. THEY WERE NOT CAREFULL AT ALL . THEY DID DAMAGE MY WALLS CORNERS OF 5 WALLS BETWEEN BOTH HOMES. MY NEW FRIDGE WAS OVER SIZED AND GOT SCRATCHED, THE THRESH-HOLD GOT DENTED AS FRIDGE DIDN'T FIT THREW THE DOOR . SO THEY PUSHED AND PUSHED. THEY DON'T CARRY TOOLS TO REMOVE DOORS. I STOPPED ALOT OF OTHER DAMAGE AS I WAS RIGHT THERE AND STOPPED ALOT MOR DAMAGE . IF YOU HAVE HIGH END ITEMS PAY MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WAS HALF HAPPY BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY ALOT AND KNOW HOW TO FIX WALLS. MY 3,000 FRIDGE HOWEVER IS WHY I AM WRITTING THIS AFTER 6 MONTHS LATER, I WAS HOPING TO GET OVER IT.

just dropped a large package off and refused to take it back when we said it didn't belong here. When asked to come and pick it back up the person on the phone was rude and said that all he was there to do was drop it off and nothing else and cant come and get it back

The firm I manage had a last minute need for assistance moving very heavy, bulky furniture. I spoke with Mary at Complete Moving & Storage and she was amazing to work with! She worked our move into her schedule and communicated with me throughout the process. The team from Complete Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They arrived on time, had positive, upbeat attitudes. They got the work done quickly and made sure everything was moved to our satisfaction before leaving. I literally had no less than 4 employees compliment them just after they left our offices. I highly recommend this company. This is old school customer service at its very best. Thank you!
