Waiting over 3 months to just get pickup dates followed by a phone call from the pickup company saying they hire felons and can't even get on a military base. All this just being found out again 3 months after the fact. Best part is getting a call to customer service is a feat in it's own. Let alone they have my deposit and haven't processed it to get it back to move my stuff to my family in another state. Literally the worst service I've ever possibly dealt with or will deal with.

I hired Complete Van Lines on September 2021 to help with my move from Seattle to Massachussets. The move was scheduled to happen on October 2nd. On October 1st, I get an email saying they wouldn’t be able to do my move and that my $1,100 deposit would be returned. 7 months later I still haven’t gotten my money back. They basically stole $1,100 from me. They won’t pick up the phone, their voicemail is now full. I made a BBB complaint, no answers. This is a scam. Stay away from it.

Sadly the moving companies they contracted to move and deliver my household goods caused considerable damage, missing parts, moldy mattresses & other items, and outright theft when the delivery truck left with some of my goods still on the truck. Look for another moving company!

SCAM!!!! Beware and please learn from my mistake. Block this number immediately if you are contacted by them. I was moving from California to Michigan to continue school and they ripped me off of $700 deposit. Day of the move came and received no information from them. Ended up having to do a rush Uhaul Box shipping process. Please choose a reputable company and not these con artist that try to portray themselves as moving experts.
