Complete Van Lines

I traveled out of state to have furniture moved from my deceased Mother's home. The mover rescheduled several times and didn't show. Initially Complete Van Lines said they would refund my deposit. However, now they won't return my calls or emails. I would like my deposit back. Thank you.

This place will SCAM you. If you are reading this and you already put your deposit down I promise you just eat the cost and go with a different moving company. They will string you along until it is time for you to move and then you either paying 5 times the original estimate or they just don’t show up at all. I am LUCKY my deposit was only $800 I have seen people with deposits over $3000. Please please do not use this company it will be one of the biggest mistakes you have ever made.

I hired complete Van lines to do a move for me in August 20 21 from Pennsylvania to Florida. They immediately took my deposit of $1309.02 days later when the move was supposed to happened my items were still not picked up. My phone calls were not returned. Four days later I received a phone call late at night indicating that they could not do my new move. I then had to hire another mover to complete my move. It is now January 2022 and I am still waiting on a deposit. They have ignored request from the Better Business Bureau they have continued to ignore my phone calls and emails. So at the end of the month I am taking full legal action against them. Do not hire this company. They do not care about their customers and then the manager wrote me an email saying I was the worst customer in the world because I was constantly calling and asking questions. If I could give zero stars on this review I certainly would just be aware they are not a reputable company Investigate thoroughly. Hire a local company who knows what they are doing.

SCAM ! Please Read ! If I could 0 stars I would. My husband and I decided to book with Budget Van Lines to move from Minnesota to Pennsylvania (who in hindsight brokered us to Complete Vans). Jason was our rep who was super charismatic and personable, that we felt like we could trust what he was saying. We were quoted $2,000 after discounts for our move which we accepted for our one bedroom apartment. Based off the contract my husband and I made sure to pack according to what was listed in the contract so we didn’t owe any extra money for boxes and bins. So the movers come and say in order to get all of our things on the truck, it was going to be an extra $1,500 bringing our total to $3,500. ABSOLUTELY NOT. We spoke to a manager about it, and they put the BLAME on US as if we are a professional moving company. We had to end up renting a uhaul and extra help and drove the truck that was 300 cubic feet and all of our stuff fit. Do not book with this company. You will regret it.

Beware that this company will trick you into signing a contract and then jack up the weight or boxes you require to be moved. They are not a honest company - very deceptive in their practices.
