Concorde Van Lines

Was moving to Georgia and had hired this company to move a 10x20 storage unit from Washington State. Was quoted a price, paid the deposit. Then Concorde hired another company to do the job. It went thru 4 different drivers before one shows up at my storage unit to tell me that there was too much stuff and that he was not going to transport my belonging unless I pay an extra 5000. So my husband and I went up to Washington and picked up all my stuff. Was told by Concorde that they will not be giving me back my deposit because a canceled.
On our way back we were sideswiped by a semi truck and totaled the cargo trailer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you can go U-Haul and do it yourself.

Stay away! we scheduled a move and paid a deposit like a month ahead. We have been calling them a few times to confirm their availability and arrival date and time. We were told they would come and the driver would call us. Until the last day, we were informed that their truck was down and would not come. It caused us a lot more stress as our lease was soon to be expired -- we had to find alternative ways. Anyway, they were not professional. Do not ever use this company.

Awful. They sourced the worst moving company, Ocean Moving and Storage, who broke and stole 75% of our stuff. We still have not been reimbursed. Do not use this company!

I scheduled a move in January for August. Their employee sent me an email stating I would get a FULL REFUND if cancelled up to 5 business days prior to the move if notification was given. Had an in depth conversation about the deposit refund because LIFE HAPPENS. And I don’t have money that I can just lose. Apparently he DIDNT give me accurate or full information. So, come to find out the refund takes 30 BUSINESS DAYS, AND they charge a 10% fee. But, they don’t tell you that, just put it in the fine print. Then when you call them their customer service says “be grateful you’re even getting a refund at all”. So, BEWARE and read ALL the fine print. Absolutely disgusted. Oh, and the fine print doesn’t say “it will take 30 business days”.

Here we are 7 months later. I still have not received my refund, I believe they’re out of business now because their phone number no longer works. And I never got a response via email or phone after they said it would take 30 business days.

Total scam, the only positive reviews here must be done by bots, or employees..
The price they provide will easily double, as they hold you hostage for your belongings.
