Concorde Van Lines

Wish I could give a negative numeric rating. This is the worst moving company ever. They don't keep up words. They are only behind you until you complete the payment with them. After that you should revolve around them. They take 3 weeks to deliver items although the distance between source and destination was very near. You will end up calling customer service everyday and nobody responds well. Once you complete the payment with them, they will wash their hands and put everything on the 3rd party carrier. If you call up the 3rd party carrier they point finger at Concorde. They play blame games. Finally when you receive your items you will see at least 3 to 4 items damaged! Scammers!!

Worst company ever. Stay away from them.

I was assured that the contract I signed would not change. Then they reportedly told me that because my furniture is not of the IKEA brand that the space allowed was not accurate. Ok I get having yi pay for extra space, but OMG! They attempted to charge me double what I had left on file for payment. When you attempt to use their 833 or 800 number it does not go through. The supervisor of the sales rep gave me his number and when I tried to contact him, he told me he was in church and for me to call customer service. Which I did, and I also know they have no power to do anything about this situation. Except spit out what they have veen trained to spit out. I know my property will be held hostage now because the movers did not take any payment for the puck up. I attempted to call the movers place and of course, nobody answered. I was told, 'it would cost you as much To use uhaul. Guess what? No it wouldn't I looked it up. Your customers are not stupid. They would very to continue to keep this company floating. Now I have to decide if I am even going to accept anything further from them. I can always buy new stuff. You people are out if your mind and I am so disgusted right now. Do NOR use this company. No, no, no!!!

I only give this company 1 star because I can't give them zero stars. WORST customer service in the world I have ever experienced. This includes being hung up on and calls not being returned.

RUN AWAY!! 1st, they are a brokerage for moving companies and your not told who the actual company is. I thought it was Concord Moving Lines. I never spoke to anyone else until they arrived. Everything I had been told by Concord was different from the company that arrived. I asked for ID from the driver before signing the contract. He said he would show me after. NOPE, not happening. After much debate, I sent them packing...without my belongings. I lost my deposit, but my instincts told me I was right.
