I have to give Confidence a mixed review. Adam is a packing wizard. We rented our own truck and grossly underestimated the size. Instead of refusing the job Adam dug in and made it work!! He took great care with our items and pulled off a small miracle. He and Phillip worked tirelessly until every item was safely in our truck. BUT the heavy item charges were insane!! $150.00 for a tabletop, $75.00 for a king headboard, and $75.00 for the table base. When we arrived at our destination I was the second mover and had no trouble lifting the pieces with one other guy.

Very disappointed with the service provided by this company. We had several companies come out and provide a quote for our move. We hired this company based on the quote they provided. Unfortunately, on moving day, another walk thru was completed and we were told it would cost an extra $400. They would not start the move until we agreed to the increased price. They held us hostage in this regard and we had no other option but to agree to the increased price. Very unethical business practice, in my opinion. We were supposed to have a team of 3 people complete the move and only 2 movers showed up. The first hour was then spent with the movers on the phone trying to get a third employee to show up. This was all while they were 'on the clock' and we were paying by the hour. They complained about things being heavy and were really just unable to complete the work. This is not the service I would expect from a professional company.

Dependable and reasonable prices.

We realized we were going to need help at nearly the last moment.
Ryan was just great. Very positive, helpful, and right on the nose with how long it would take.
Moving day was hot and miserable. We weren't the first or last move, but the guys were on time and so easy to work with.
The price was so reasonable.

I'd recommend Confidence Moving to any of my friends. Thanks guys!!
