Be sure you get a copy of their insurance coverage and confirm it's valid. Sara used their insurance coverage as a selling point to using them vs a house mover. We trusted them with our heirloom family piano and somewhere between pickup, warehouse storage, and delivery it was lost/damaged. They delivered a piano (with a broken soundboard) weeks later than scheduled as a comparable replacement while trying to convince me it was indeed my piano (I have my piano's serial number to refute their claim). We are still trying to get their insurance information close to 10 months later to make a claim but there still no response from Congressional Piano Movers. Devastating to lose my family heirloom to say the least.

There are not enough STARS to adequately represent this company. We had to move a Liberty Presidential 50 safe and after going through 10 other companies that were actually referred to us by Liberty, we found Congressional Piano Movers. Keep in mind that the original company from Hagerstown, MD that originally delivered 'My Monster' stated emphatically that they could and would not move it for me. I had to move it 2.5 miles. Originally it took this company 6 hours, 5 different doorways attempted and this is with 4 good sized guys, they finally got it in my house. So when I had to move it, I felt sure that it would be no problem. Well it was once I found Congressional Piano Movers. It took their 3 guys just 45 minutes to lift, load, move, and place in my new house. What professionals they are. And these guys mean business. The original delivery company had to use 5 different kinds of jacks, slides, you name it. But when Congressional showed up with a simple 4 wheeled dolly, we thought we were in for another disaster. They put everyone to shame and were so dead on and precise, that they should be the only ones that Liberty Safes should attach their name too. Liberty if you are out there and looking, you should make Congressional Piano Movers your go to for your product, because they simply leave these 'other movers' in the dust.
If they hadn't driven so far to get to me I would have provided them with a couple of cases of beer. Also, their price couldn't be beat, and their response time between calling to ask if they could, would and when we actually scheduled them was phenomenal.
