Raul responded quickly to my initial inquiry. He arrived within the 1 hour window he had given me and removed the piano without difficulty. He was courteous and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use this business again.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Connecticut Junk Removal. From the first phone contact and all throughout their job, Raul was extremely responsive. He and his teammate were quick, efficient, and professional. They disassembled and removed a sectional couch, a coffee table, a bookshelf, a couple of oversized chairs, two rugs, and a weird huge antenna that the previous owners of my house had left in the attic. They did all of this in about a half hour and were so thorough and clean. Also very sweet and kind men. Would recommend them to anyone for any type of junk removal!

Raul and his team were absolutely amazing. I had a BIG clean out job for our condo that included couch removal, old household items and more and they were so prompt, responsive, and determined to get it all in one shot. I can’t thank them enough for the work they put in and I will absolutely use them again any time I have to remove anything. They worked quickly and with care and were so easy to work with and absolutely doesn’t nickel and dime you at all. I can’t thank them enough!

The crew that removed our hot tub was extremely professional. They arrived on time and fully prepared for the project. They provided me with a thorough explanation of the steps.
