Great job, very quick too and this weekend was not an easy weekend with temps in the 90s and heat index over 105. Price-wise they were one of the more inexpensive quotes I got and they came in right around the original estimate when all was said and done. They promptly, did a quick walk through and then got to work clearing out a 3 bedroom carriage house in just under 3 hours. Drove over and moved the items into the various rooms at our new place. With all that I have already mentioned probably the biggest part was they were really great guys, very polite and easy to deal with .. and they laughed at my jokes .. but then again I am pretty funny.

Be smarter than I was. Get everything in writing in advance of the job. Mine was mostly just boxes and bins in my tiny basement. Only lamps, pictures, tools, a TV w speakers and a few dishes needed packing. Shelving was supposed to be disassembled. Everything was to be shipped by freight at a later date. My quote was $1200 with free storage until my closing July 1. Then, I was invoiced nearly $1800 for a pack and move that took only a couple of hours. After asking several times, I received a photo of my storage, and it’s not at all freight ready. The utility shelves are all still standing with open bins and loose items right on the shelves. After complaining, my invoice was adjusted. Now I’m trying to gain access to my stuff, and I’m being told that I have to wait 10 days. I was also invoiced $180 for storage, even though I was told it was included. Big bummer. I was too trusting. Get notes! Take notes!

Dan was very pleasant to deal with on the phone, and his prices are very competitive and fair. His two movers ( Curtis & Adam) who came to our home were punctual, very professional and courteous. They never stopped working until the move was complete. Everything was done as promised. We couldn't be more pleased, and will definitely use them again when the time comes. Thank-You!
