Connors Brothers Moving & Storage

Connors Bros is the cheapest and most common option for Williams students, but definitely not the best one. My boxes always come back with a musty smell and once came back wit evidence of some minor water damage (which the company made no mention of). Also, they lost the boxes of one of my friends over the course of her year abroad.

Great service, good crew

We have been expecting a small shipment of furniture since late July. It is now August 8th. We have called seven times in the past week and a half just to ask when the furniture will arrive. No one has returned a single phone call. We always get their voicemail saying 'we will call as soon as possible.' If anyone reading this has the chance to talk with them, could you ask them to call their customer in Ohio who is needing the dining set?
