Conquistador Moving Service

I was more than a little worried after I read the reviews, but these guys were great. The were on time, polite and I don’t know how they did it but they got it all in the uhaul. Great job guys, thank you!!!!

Friendly and professional from beginning to end. I was moving to the 2nd floor and when it looked like my enormous china cabinet wouldn't fit up the covered stairs, they carried it back down and made some adjustments that required intense strength and finesse. It looks great in my living room, thanks guys! *highly recommend*

This was the worst loading experience I've ever had. I hired Michael Lucero of Conquistador Moving Services to load our U-Haul truck. He sent three people to do the job. They damaged four pieces of our furniture. While moving our one-year old sofa out of the apartment and into the elevator, they ripped the side and the back of the sofa. They also scratched and scraped the end table, the console, and the coffee table. He also overcharged me for his service. We paid him cash and was not given a receipt. I have attempted to contact Michael Lucero numerous times for the past ten days and he has not responded to me. You can see my complaint on the Better Business Bureau of New Mexico's website, which he also has not responded to. Avoid this mover at all costs!

I found myself in a bit of a sticky situation at the last minute before my move and Conquistador Moving Services accommodated me every step of the way. The rates were the best around and the moving guys (and 1 gal) and the owner were all friendly and careful with my furniture (happy to report nothing was damaged). They didn't milk the time, instead they were efficient and worked hard and quick to save me money. They let you use your own truck, which also saved me some money, but they also have their own trucks if you need them - so you can either request truck and labor, or just labor. I would definitely use Conquistador Moving Services for my moving needs again and recommend them to anyone who needs help with a move and doesn't want to be overcharged.
