this company is not registered licsence company...they came to my home sat 10/12/19
they stole something very valuable from my home, roam all over the house, were just moving furniture from one bedroom, but still caught roaming all over the house...very unprofessional, and i quite honestly believe they do this to every home they go to..caught them stealing on video camera. dont use them, not licsensed for a reason.

DO NOT BOOK!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Initial conversations were pleasant and they promised the world. However the services received were terrible and not timely.
Three movers were booked, only two were scheduled and showed up 4 hours later than the time we were given. Movers were not careful and did not package all items to protect them from getting damaged.
We let some things go, however the two items damaged we wanted some sort of compensation for as they were more expensive. We did not want all of it covered just something to cover us replacing it. James advised he submitted to their claims department, no one ever called. Since July several emails and calls were placed right after the move happened. No one ever called me back nor acknowledged the situation. Just received a call from his brother, I would think the owner and was extremely rude and said there is nothing we can do at this point. then clicked the phone.

This moving company is a complete scam!!! They gave me a time to move me and never showed up. Save yourselves the hassle and inconvenience. They need to be shut down ASAP!!!!!

This is honestly the worst moving service!!! Called them to schedule a moving service a week prior to the move and they gave me a time. I waited for 3 long hours, and they NEVER showed up. The guy name James said that they’re going to be a little late and I was fine to wait, but to be ignore my calls and NO respond from them after I waited long. People like this should NOT be in business! They’re unreliable, unresponsive, and unworthy. PLEASE BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVING SERVICE WITH THEM!
