Rude and disrespectful

We bought a piece of furniture from them, beautiful, great price, easy as pie!

It's been years I called these people I wrote them when asked to make a list of all my missing and broken belongings all I got back was a reply that the owner was on vacation and he would get back to me he never did. They stole my family unreplaceable belongings, jewelry, ect. And left most of my belongings brbbbroken,thacompany ii

Terrible experience. I had sold my house and needed to move before closing which they knew. A storm was predicted and tgey never notified me that tgey cancelled my move. They couldnt accommodate me until a week out even though they knew the urgency . Their response was ..what do you want us to do, ? They left me high and dry!
