Use caution! I used CRS based on a recommendation from AAA. Initially I had a great experience with Les. However he subcontracted to another company to actually have my vehicles shipped who did a horrible job. Not only were there delays, when my vehicles arrived initially we noticed that one of the vehicles was severely out of alignment. After bringing this to Les’ attention he was willing to pay for a new alignment and rental car. Unfortunately we discovered there was more damage to the vehicle than initially discovered. I brought this to Les’ attention with invoices for nearly $3000 in repairs and pics of the Damage. He told me he considered our claim closed and has no offered a resolution. If you plan to use CRS I’d highly recommend vetting who Les picks as a transportation company and make sure they are experienced. Double check you vehicles and don’t pay the transport until you verify that your vehicle is not damaged.

***update Les offered to pay for the control arm in an email 10/21 but did not want to pay for the tires damages - its confusing that if they felt there was no liability, why would they offer to make a payment? The vehicle was driven a short time - I am no mechanic. After the first alignment was performed is when the tire blew and was further evaluated and the damage was found.

TOTALLY AWFUL. Completely lied about the mover's price and just pushes you to sign. He assured me the quote I got was much much higher than what I would actually pay, and I shouldnt worry about it. It'd be fiiiiiine. Nope, movers wanted an extra $2500 and I found out the day before. DO NOT USE THEM.
