Container specialists saved the day for my family and I. They effeciently and professionally moved two loaded containers to our new location. Karen was wonderful to deal with getting the move set up and scheduled, she was kind, friendly and an expert in her field. Jeremy was the driver who did the moving, he was amiable, helpful and very skilled. Together they made a very stressful situation for me, quite easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Container Specialities of Alaska, Inc. to anyone needing help with containers.

I bought a 40’ container from CSOA last week. Jeremy had to navigate an incredibly tight turn because some genius parked in the street. He was able to park it right where I needed it without a scratch. Karen in the front office is, wonderful and would bend over backwards to help you get your order delivered right. This is the second box i’ve bought from them and they have been awesome to work with both times. Thanks guys. Shout out to Mark on the peninsula too, he’s so helpful and easy to work with.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Got multiple 'we'll call you back' claims over a 2 week period; never happened once and had to continually call them back only to be told they would call me back - but never did. Called to complain and was told I would receive a call first thing Monday morning...well, as could be predicted....no one has bothered to call. I think it is outrageous how arrogant a company can be when you are spending in excess of $10,000 for their product. Having been the head of a corporation doing over 100,000 jobs a year...we would have been bankrupt had we treated our customers with such careless disregard.

It’s hard to see from this picture how much of your effort and your team’s help went into making it possible to take. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for really going out of you way to making things happen in the last few days. I am convinced no one could have done this for us except you and your team!
