Continental helped managed my move from Seattle to New York. They did a virtual walkthrough to assess my moving needs, they were careful and cost-conscious about if they needed to reserve street space in front of my building, they arrived on time, they packed everything into fewer containers than estimated (savings me a lot of money!), and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend them.

One part of the Mayflower experience that was a little frustrating was coordinating the delivery time on the other end of my shipment. Continental has to work as a middle man between myself and the destination delivery agent (maybe this is Mayflower policy?) which meant it took a bit longer and with multiple hoops to get my goods delivery scheduled.

Laura and Ron were solid professionals at their jobs, both disassembling and reassembling furniture. They arrived on time at both locations and hired professional workers in both locations to support both moves. A real class act!
