Great service overall- from the moment I called to schedule a move from my apartment in Boston to the moment the items arrived in New York City. I found the staff to be both professional and supportive and would highly recommend their services. Most impressive was how well the movers did their job- they were on time picking my furniture up the day of the move and I was blown away by how well they moved and unpacked my items in my new apartment. I’ve moved a number of times over the past 10 years and this is by far the best expierence I’ve had!

Bad and definitely not customer oriented experience. With these guys the before is totally different experience than the after. .When they are done with a good packing crew and shipping, The warehouse is a junk. Our belonging were exposed to heat and humidity (they claimed a control storage environment) rugs were all covered with mold, electronic devices when malfunctioning (Batteries leak) etc. All of this is NOT covered by their insurance so you are on your own. The offload team jammed a three days job to a one day and disappear. So we ended up unpacking and removing the unpacking material ourselves. Later own dealign with their insurance. You are pretty much holding the short side of the stick. Good luck. Go after a respectful company and it is definitely not this one.
