Copperstone Stor-All

I have rented a unit here since the end of 2020. Initially renting the unit was very easy. They have a great website that is kept up to date, and you can make payments online. There is a gate with a pin pad for entry very easy to use. The times I have had to call, they have been friendly to speak with. I recently rented a second unit and am very happy with Copperstone.

Ok so to start I was calling around to find the cheapest solution for my storage needs. After endless phone trees and should I say curt service from the storage places I had called I found a welcomed respite in Copperstone. Immediately getting a human. I was surprised as they didn't just try to sell me but rather assisted me in determining what solution would not only serve my needs now but also considered that I might have more needs in the future. They wanted to make sure that the solution I chose would serve me best. One could say 'Oh they were just trying up sale you' I would argue that the concern felt very genuine and that they were actually considering my needs.
So I did chose Copperstone not only because the service was so good but it also meant something to me to know I was helping to support a locally owned business and that my money was staying in the community and not going to some huge cooperation who doesn't care about the local economy.
In the end I was very happy with not only the little out of the way location making it not as appealing to those with the ill intent but also with the security offered. I know my contents are safe at Copperstone. As well know peace of mind doesn't have a competitive price even if Copperstone does! Thank you Copperstone Team!
