One star is too much for them.
They intentionally underestimated my interstate moving stuffs during the free estimation, and they show up on the moving day, and said my stuff won't fit into their truck even though I actually had less items than when they estimated.

They brought a trailer saying they are nice to try to haul all my stuff bringing the trailer, but whatever doesn't fit into the truck and the trailer, can't move on the same day.

They gave me 2 options:
1. Pay more about $1000-$1500, then they will get another truck in addition to the truck they brought. So all the items could go on that day.

2. Wait until their truck head to where I move to when they have other customer moving to fairly close area from my area. If they have room for my stuff, they would bring my items. This sounded unsure, but they assured that it will take 2,3 months UP TO 6 month.

I chose option 2, and it's been almost 2 years, and they never contacted me first and let me know the situation. They replied though when I sent messages for status check and reminder, but when I sent final msg saying I can't wait any longer, they didn't reply. After that, they are silent.

They were little cheaper than other guys, but overall after doing replacement for the items didn't get delivered, they are more expensive.

They don't care about their business and customers, only care about money.
