Horrible service! 1. At first they seemed nice when dropping off house hold goods. We asked them to unpack our boxes, and they responded they don't do that. They complained when we told them to, they took constant breaks, then complained again when work wasn't finished when 5pm approached. 2. All the furniture was assembled incorrectly and bolts were stripped. I sat on my couch and it literally fell apart. I think they broke things purposely not to assemble them.
This company was the one chosen for my military move and if I could have given them a zero star rating I would have. The individuals were completely unprofessional the entire time, cussed, had poor hygiene, argued with QAQC, improperly packed and shoved items into items, stuff shoes and miscellaneous items into drawers which ultimately broke many items. However, this is not the worst part. When we received our items that many were broken, as the couch was being unloaded the movers found our missing cat inside of the couch. The companies states they bear no responsibility and refuse to return any calls. They have stated to Denali group that it is our fault they could not have know the cat was in the couch. They had to remove the legs, wrap the couch, load the couch, and crate the couch and at no time did they hear or feel a 12lb cat rolling around in the couch? This is unacceptable and I beg other service members and individuals not to use this company.
Savanna, Chris, and Austin just packed up all my belongings and did a fantastic job. I felt comfortable having them in my home And had no worry about if my things were being packed well or if they were being accounted for. The supervisor, Lance, informed me how I should move my piano to keep it safe and advised me to avoid the movers who were trying to do things the quick and cheap way. I would definitely recommend them.
