Corte Madera Mini Storage

After many problems with the online reservation and payment program, I finally met in person with Jolie who was very helpful,
enabling me to pay in person.
Given that my storage unit has a large crack in the cement floor running from one end to the other, I plan to change units as soon a a new one is available.

I recently moved and needed a storage unit. I called Corte Madera Mini Storage and Eva, the manager, met me at the facility at the time I requested and was very helpful in showing me the available storage units and explaining how the rental process works.

I made my reservation online, but run into an issue with the website trying to finalize the rental. I called the office again and Eva helped me with renting the unit over the phone.

Both times I interacted with Eva, she was friendly, responsive, accommodating, supportive and considerate. I am very happy with my storage and the entire rental experience.

So easy to use. When you call for information or assistance, some one actually answers the phone. Would totally use them again.

After calling quite a few storage places in the area and being SHOCKED at prices, I called Corte Madera Mini Storage and got Joli on the line. Joli was understanding, knew exactly what size unit I needed to store my items and had a GREAT price! Joli made this experiance 5 stars!
