Corte Madera Mini Storage

Inexpensive, but… no one from the company is ever onsite which poses safety issues. Can be very dark inside - interior lighting is frequently all off and it’s hard to see and feel not safe. Management doesn’t respond to emails or voicemails. I continue to be charged two months after I discontinued service through their website and scheduled move out. Still, no one responses to email or voicemail.

Unmanaged facility. No one is there if there are issues with this storage facility. The management is off-site. Out of the 6 or more times I tried to call them because the lights didn't work or were broken - no one answered. Get a call back much later in the day or the following day. The Support is horrible. I would never rent space here again. There are others in the area that are better run and managed.

I've been a customer here for over a year now. The manager, Eva, is super-friendly and responsive. The place is always clean inside and out - even the bathroom is kept very clean and smells nice! Great customer service and facility maintenance! A +++
